Our coffee is of prime quality, making it one of the best in the world, because it is a high altitude arabica. The secret is the love poured to its process. It is collected as a red cherry and in an artesian way is dried by the sun 100%. The cleanliness of our beneficiary is reflected in the delicious taste of a cup of our coffee.
In our farm we are cultivating diverse varieties within arabica: Geisha, Kenya, Villa Sarchi, Catuai red, yellow and orange, the last one was created by a natural mutation by the pollination between the red and yellow Catuaí. As a result, we came up with the name Aurantiaco (orange in latin). This diversity of the plants allows us to create different types of coffee.
