about our project

Agrícola del Cafetal is a legacy of generations on our family farm that began in1993. What started as a small coffee production has evolved into an integral project that celebrates the rural tradition and sustainability. Here, our coffee in not just a prduct, but an experience: Every bean is cultivated with agricultural practices that respect nature, from the use of organic fertilizers created from our own waste to conscious pest management without agrochemicals.

 

Additionally, we have diversified our land with paulownias, trees , which not only provide sustainable timber but also help reforest, improve the soil, and reduce monoculture. This balance between tradition and modernity is complemented by our vision of rural turism: a space where visitors can walk along trails, breathe fresh country air, and reconnect with the essentials. Every corner of our farm tells a story, and our goal is for those who visit to experience a unique connection with nature, rural life, and quality in every detail.
